the staff was cute especially gary. nothing was too much trouble . the breakfast was good with various options. the hotel was super clean and cozy throughout my stay.
the hotel car park arrangement was misleading. i was told it would be a maximum of 20 euro for 24 hours. i ended up paying 35 euro for around 18 hours because leaving the car park required a new payment.

missing dresserunanswered email
Our room lacked storage. It didn't have a dresser and that was annoying. The bar tender seemed bothered when making drinks. I was told basic questions required an email to the manager. This email was not answered. I FOUND the lack of communication frustrating.

Convenient Stay

friendly staffcomfortable bedconvenient locationparking information
The staff showed they were very friendly, always offering a smile. My superior king room had a spacious feel, and the bed felt really comfortable. Location scored high. I found many restaurants and pubs within easy WALKING distance. I greatly appreciated being able to walk to destinations so easily.
The parking situation created some problems. Website information indicated arrangements with a nearby car park and a max cost, but my experience differed. I ended up paying more, and that difference caused some FRUSTRATION. Accurate information is important.
